Place 0.1 - 0.2 g of sample into 30 mL polysulfone centrifuge tube. Add 10 mL of extraction solution to each tube and tighly seal. Pipet 31 mL of water into 120 mL PFA microwave digestion vessel Place centrifuge tube inside digestion vessel containing water. Fill the microwave carosel with microwave vessels (un-specified number of vessels). Heat at 522 W for 23 min. |
