Condensed Procedure

Prepare samples as specified in the Method

Dry 2 glass fiber pads in microwave

Evenly spread sample onto one glass pad.

Cover sample with second pad.

Determine initial mass.

Microwave heat for 4 min. at unspecified % power setting.

Determine final mass and calculate % total solids.
